May be Sanji Vinsmoke don’t use his arms to fights not only because he is a cook but the principal reason is that his family tough him when he was a child how kill like an assassin ( I guess assassins use their hands and fingers and other skills to kill ) so may be they train him and gave him some missions to kill animals in the beginning and also to kill people that’s why he quit because he didn’t like killing people and may be that girl he want to see is the girl that make him preferring death to beat a girl and make him so romantic , I guess when he said I go see some girl is not big mom girl but a girl he knew when he was with his family.
